We go through lots of phones in our house. I used to feel I'd get the best service by going right to a carrier-specific store. After a fiasco at one of them when it was time to upgrade, I decided to try something else. The something else was a Best Buy Mobile Specialty Store in our local mall, one of 414. To find a Best Buy Mobile specialty store, go to www.BestBuyMobile.com. You can go to their big box store, too, but I like the casual comfiness of the smaller mall stores.
